Ms. Duso, a proud Taftville native, is honored to serve as the Principal of Wequonnoc Elementary School. With two decades of educational experience, she is deeply committed to fostering a positive, supportive environment for both students and staff. Ms. Duso values the close-knit community atmosphere of the school and strives to create a space where all children can reach their full potential.

Holding a 6th Year in Social Emotional and Academic Leadership, Ms. Duso has been recognized as a Compassionate Community Leader for her dedication to building strong, caring relationships within the school community. She is also a passionate advocate for educational equity, working tirelessly to ensure that every student has the opportunity to succeed.

Her long-term vision is to cultivate a true "community school" atmosphere wherever she serves, where collaboration and inclusivity are at the heart of the learning experience.
